Our guarantee lets you change your mind if an article you have ordered isn’t appropriate. You can exchange or refund the item without any problems.
Return to store
You have the option of returning the item to us free of charge at one of our UJA boutiques within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your card will be credited with the correct amount within 10 days.
Return by post
You also have the option of returning items by post (to the address given below) within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will automatically be refunded (within 14 days of receipt of your package), by the same payment method used to place your order.
Costs of returns will be your responsibility unless we make an error. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Indicate on your invoice whether you desire a refund or exchange, and send it, preferably with proof of postage, to: UJA customer service, 110 Avenue du Général Leclerc, Bat 6 Level 1, 93500 Pantin.
