How do I get a refund for something I’ve bought on www.unjourailleurs.com?

You can obtain a full refund for anything you buy on www.unjourailleurs.com within seven days of receiving it.

In all Un Jour Ailleurs boutiques throughout France (not including store outlets)

By sending it back to us by post

If you post any article back to us, unless you are returning it because of a mistake by us, you must pay the cost of postage
Whichever way you return it, any article sent back to us must be new, complete, and in its original condition.
Your refund will be made after the article returned has been checked, and within thirty days (See our General Conditions of Sale).

Is it possible to exchange my purchase in a boutique?

Of course!  You have seven days from the day you received the item to exchange it in any of our boutiques throughout France (not including store outlets).
